  • Nazi presecution !

Yep, it's happening in our times !
I 've been accused of slander for expossing some neonazi over the internet.
I mean to defend myself with material in my possession but there is also this:
I am being informed hat the person who accuses was previously profiled by the police terror squad and although not charged, the terror squad / relevant justice departments are in possession of some incriminating material (n.b. video of him taking the nazi oath "kill the Jews").
Is it my constitutional right to demand the release of (any) such material for my defense ?

Are you in the United Kingdom?
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf

            That is ungracious and unnecessary.

Honestly I did n't notice it was a UK forum just because it is in the English language.
But it was a mistake to seek advice from you.
