  • Can you sue someone if they live in a vehicle? (no fixed address)

    Hi folks.
I have a question about an issue that some of you might have come across before, and I was hoping might know the answer.

Q : Can you sue someone if they live in a vehicle? (They have no fixed address)

... The person I am thinking of, might be using (or intend to use), my personal data and show it to other people without my permission... which I assume would be some type of GDPR violation.

    Thank you for reading

Difficult but not impossible. I assume you have something such as an email address.

Getting permission to do such makes it already sound disproprtionate. You would be wanting an injunction. No address means little chance of recovering any costs.

Thank you for posting... The data in this example would consist of my name on documents.

      What would an injunction achieve?
