Experience of litigation

Hello,

Through challenging employment rights, I have developed considerable experience of employment policies, HR, grievance processes, internal investigations and appeals. I also have experience of medical negligence claims and employment tribunal hearings.

Although not all of this has been particularly enjoyable, it has neverthless provided me with considerable expereince, insight, skills and experience. I was wondering how I can convey this on my CV/linkedin and in future job applications.

Any suggestions, please?

As to job applications, it will depend on the particular form.
