Hi All,
Looking for a little advice regarding missing information from a SAR Response.
It would appear as though the Company has ommitted numerous documents and sent only screenshots, which has numerous comments cut off mid sentence.
The company in question has also ommitted documents pertaining to legal charge and have also not included the underwriting sheet showing commissions.
I have sent a letter requesting the rest of the SAR and gave them a further 14 days to complete, so in total they have had 54 days to comply.
Unfortunetly they have chosen to ignore the request.
What are my legal options to enforce disclosure, and perhaps claim against the breach.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
