I wasn't - it was ELEVEN days, 12 nights! Went in volunatarily on the 26th, got immediately arrested (first time in my life) and remanded, then released from prison on Saturday morning (6th November) only after friends and relatives paid a small fortune for a private solicitor (legal aid one was hopeless and did nothing).

There seemed to be multiple failings with the bail application process, no-one at the CPS or police station are responding to my requests, nor to my requests for a copy of the video/audio from arrest day (3 months since I started asking).

No - this was one breach of a restraining order/non-mol, the judgment of which was only delivered AFTER I was arrested (218 days after the hearing) and well after my 2 year conditional discharge was up from the "harrasment without violence" charge in 2019. And again, the circumstances were that I chanced upon my son in a busy town centre on a Saturday afternoon and said "hello" for 12 seconds.

What I don't get is that EVERYONE I show the video to, and then the charge, and then the details of imprisonment and subsequent banning from my own country of Wales (it's been 4 months now) says they've never heard of anything like it, but the solicitor seems to be doing nothing about it, even the fact that I was illegally held for an extra night after my bail was granted (CPS mucked up paperwork release to prison).

And then I see cases like footballers being arrested multiple times for sexual assault and immediately bailed, and I think "WTF is going on here"?!
