  • Reserved Legal Activities - in house

Hi! Sorry, unsure where to post this one.

I've been working for a Local Authority's in-house legal team for a couple of years now as a (recently qualified) Paralegal. I joined with zero legal knowledge and have very minimal support currently so this may be an odd question!

Does anybody know where I would stand on the reserved legal activities? Specifically reserved instrument activities.

My understanding is that I would be exempt if my employer is regulated or if I'm supervised by a solicitor who is an authorised person. Does that sound right?

    Thanks!
