Charge for documents

Hi All,

First time posting

I just wondered if a solicitor can charge for a copy of the documents relating to a case?

If so, or if not, is there any SRA guidance you could point me to?

You could send then a SAR, they have 30 days to send you all the documents they have in your case, unless the case has tons of documents the SAR data should be free.
