Trustees wont cooperate for information

My solicitors wrote to the Trustees of my Discretionary Trust on the 19th February.

We received a sarcastic letter back, claiming their solicitor is off sick, etc etc.

Its now the 23rd March. and the Trustees are just NOT responding to my solicitors for information.

My solicitors have asked for the will file, trust accounts and trust deed, nothing has been received.

We are claiming for a Breach of Trust.

Can anyone tell me with the Trustees being so uncooperative (we believe witholding the information), can I request or apply to the Court for the Trustees to be removed?

I have no access to my own money, the Trustees not cooperating, Trustees refusing to pay me my allowance, its very very frustrating.

We believe the Trustees are witholding information as they have something to hide.

My brother (who is one of the Trustees) was supposed to have looked after me according to my late mother's wishes, he clearly isn't.

I think this is the fifth thread and it becomes tiresome having to go back to see what has happened in the past.

It is possible that the trust document makes provision for the removal and replacement of the trustees
Failing that there is legislation and finally court action.
The Trustee Act 1925 is the primary source

The solicitor had quoted a particular case in his letter of the 19th February, their solicitor did not acknowledge this either.

I'm very upset my brother is not looking after me how mum wanted, it might end up being I might have to apply for the Trustee removal, as you say my solicitor is progressing with it.

I feel they have something to hide which is why they are not cooperating.
