    Hi everyone,

    I'm new to this forum.

I have aspergers. I can get very anxious at times and I can sleep badly at times.

Sometimes as late as around 11pm in the evening there is loud noises outside my council flat door (my door is next to the main door of the block) as a motorcycle is taken through the main door, along the corridor, taken down steps and taken in and out of the back door of the block. Is there anything I can do? There is also the noise of the motorcycle just outside my ground floor window.

I have Idem Servicing handling a debt I have.

I have damp in my livingroom/kitchen (same room) and my bedroom. I told the civil lawyer helping me but she doesn't think the council will do anything due to covid level 4.
In 2019 about half of the ceiling collapsed in my council flat's shower room, damaging the shower bracket and extractor fan, none of these have been repaired, I registered with the civil lawyer in Oct 2019.

If anyone has any advice please reply, thanks.

      Thanks, I'm in Scotland.
The person with the motorbike, along with making loud noises taking the bike trough doors and up and down the steps causes disturbances too with tools.

I think the issue with the motor cycle would be difficult to resolve without evidence. It would also be a question of whether or not it broke any particular rules.
The property disrepair is more clear cut. Your civil lawyer appears unsatisfactory. I suggest get another.
I always advise getting help from your local count or M.Too put pressure on those responsible for the property. Good luck.

As your landlord is your local council, I ditto Scot22 .
Certainly if your local council are aware of the disrepair and done nothing get your local MSP involved.
