0ath, lawful standing & 5 step notice?

I've joined a social media page about practical lawful dissent! I have no idea how I found it but reading through a fw post up came a post regards a Lowel claim coming through NCCBC for monies owed and the page admins sate (quite forcefully) that as long as you have taken your "Oath" (still non the wiser and ) and done "Lawful standing" you can stop the demand for monies?

I have no idea regards any of it if true or not but feel for the poster if the info is wrong as a CCj is coming their way...

Anybody know about this?
