Hi all,
Just looking for some advice please.
Last year I signed up to do a course and signed a payment agreement where I agreed to pay 11 monthly installments of £90.
There was a change in circumstances which left me unable to attend after going to the first session and after speaking with the host she said she would let me defer my place and I could start again this October but she made a point of mentioning the payment agreement
On the payment agreement it does state I will have a three month trial period in which I can decide to discontinue if its not for me.
I don't want to attend the course anymore and just seeing if there's anyway round not paying the full £990. Can send across the document should anyone wish to see it.
