Hi,
im in a dispute with an organisation and have tried all means to resolve the dispute . Ive requested ADR as set out in our contract but its been refused as they believe there is nothing to resolve.* Clearly they are action in a prejudicial way towards us.* we have a clause that states they should do nothing prejudicial to the best interests of us.* To proove they are acting in this manner, id like to access communication with themselves and a third party and internal communication with the RDO and sports operation manager.
What does someone need to submit and how to allow pre action disclosure.* can a litigant in person submit an application to a court for this.
