Is this document going to be valid?

I have got a pretty simple question, is the below document valid, after signed by both of the people, or there aren't enough details for it, to actually use it as some sort of evidence? If it is missing something, can you please tell me what exactly is missing? My English is not amazing, so I expect errors and would like to correct them, as well as I do not know the law for documents like these.

I assume it's a one-off payment (singular) for the period specified, and not some kind of recurring payment?

If I were the payer (I assume you may be the payee or connected with them?) I think I would want to have it further specified what the payment is actually for, and not just the period it covers.* Enforcing an agreement to pay a sum of money that cannot be cancelled might be difficult if it's not clear what the payer is getting in return for the payment.

I'm not a lawyer but those are questions I'd ask myself if presented with that document.* See what others say.* If there's a significant amount of money at stake, see a solicitor.

(If English is not your first language, I'm assuming you want this agreement to be subject to English law?)
