Autistic daughter ejected from sports club

My daughter has been attending a sports club for the past 6 months. During this time we have noticed a marked improvement in her wellbeing and ability to regulate.*

Today we received a call from one of the club’s administrators following a meltdown. They have ejected her from the club. At the time, my wife was present and no discussion was held at the session or any communications beforehand.*

Naturally we are feeling very aggrieved by this. I would like to know if there is any recourse we have for getting this resolved correctly? Does the DDA apply to private clubs operating in a school?
