  • Report Court Case - UK

Due to recent activity by police there may be a case evidence was withheld by the police from a UK magistrate's court trial two years ago where we were the victims of crime. The defendent was found guilty with a conditional discharge, but we received no protection from a man who the full evidence showed was out of control. We are not absolutely sure of the verdict either, ie if we were deemed at fault. He has continued with similar activity since even during the discharge, but the police and council will not view evidence for some things and do flawed investigations for others. The LGO will not even give a judgement for a complaint to them a year later.

Strange things also happened in the court, such as the defendent not having to attend and the judge allowing his partner to destroy our reputation with provable lies where we had no right of reply. These lies may have also affected sentencing. We reported the lying to the police within a week, but nothing was done as normal.

The police are clearly misreporting our recent 101 calls, and we can show that is the case.

How do we get a transcript of that court case, including any police and council submissions that may have been false?
How do we get transcripts of all pre-hearings, postponed trials and multiple plea hearings?
To whom do we show the withheld evidence?
To whom do we report the lying?
    To whom can we complain?
