No fixed address

Due to circumstance I find myself without a permanent address, living in a caravan on a Caravan & Camping Club site. The management have an issue with "workers" staying onsite and have asked me to leave before the period I have paid for expires. I would like to stay until the end of my paid up period but have been told that if I do, I my caravan will be removed by balifs.

Can I be bullied out of my paid for camping spot without any intervention from the courts?

What do you mean by "workers" ?

There will be terms you agreed to when signing up to stay on the site, so check that those are, particularly regarding eviction ( as it seems they have served notice on you to leave the site ? ).

2.1 - On all of our sites, the maximum stay allowed is 28 days, after which time you must vacate the site for a minimum of 24 hours before you can return.

2.2 - Our camp sites are for recreational use only. Campers are not permitted to use the Club sites as a base for running a business, carrying out work, including the provision of driving lessons. Campers must not advertise services and goods for sale at camping events except with the permission of the Site team.

2.3 - At the discretion of the holiday site manager, some Customers may stay on site in a conventional unit, whilst working in the local area.

It is 28 days and I move from one site to another every 28 days, I am within the site time limit and have fully paid for the period.

By "worker," I mean I have an office job nearby but site management of this company has a two tear system and treat those that may not have a permeant address differently from those that clearly do.

In terms of bailiffs moving me, can they just show up and strong-arm me off the premises without notice?
