Caution for non recordable offence

Will an enhanced DBS check for a taxi driver renewal in London (TFL) show up a caution for a non recordable offence received in Linconshire?

I understand enhanced DBS checks include a search of local police records but dont know if that just means local to the organisation doing the search or all local police forces in the country?

That filtering guide applies if the offence happened over 6 years ago. Otherwise it would appear
