  • Injunction Expiring Soon, What should I Do?

    Hi all,

I have an injunction against me expiring soon, and I don’t have the money to hire a solicitor. What should I do?

Would I be notified if the other party apply to extend the injunction?

I admit nothing of what is alleged against me but see no purpose in continuing the dispute of ordering me not to do something I shouldn’t be doing whether or not there is an injunction anyway. Therefore, I never vary or discharge the false allegation against me.

However, as the date of expiration is near, I can’t help but wonder if I didn’t appeal/vary/discharge the injunction, would it have a negative impact, if I ever face the other party in another case?

Would doing nothing in a way make me by default admitting what is alleged against me, which is why I would allow the injunction to continue?

I’m confused, thanks for anything that can enlighten me.

    Thank you all in advance.
