  • Compiling a letter - Responding to a Solicitor

Hello. I’m hoping somebody will be able to help me. Unfortunately I’m on a bit of a deadline

I’m involved in a consumer and a litigation issue, which has turned quite nasty on a personal level where threats have been made, not only by the person involved but his solicitor too.

Serious false accusations have been made and a possible breach of data protection too.

I have been asked by the solicitor to write an undertaking but I want him to do the same. Ideally I need help composing a letter in response to their letter. They claim they will take further action if I don’t agree to provide this undertaking. I’ve had advice from a solictor but would rather save the 200 odd pound for the letter as I’ve been left out of pocket as it is.

If I type a response would anybody be so kind to have a read over for any mistakes and see if it sounds professional enough?

I’d rather not post the full details on an open forum however just incase ‘they’re watching’ so to speak!

    Thanks in advance
