Good morning all,
I've been thinking about the current situation with regards to leaving the European Union.
In the past I've studied the main parts of UK Law in terms of Primary and Secondary Legislation and Criminal and Civil Law as part of my employed role so I have a basic understanding but what I'm confused about is how the UK can remain in the EU beyond Friday 29th March when the EU Withdrawal Act states this is the date we leave.
Even if they revoke Article 50, how can they replace the ACT without it going back through both houses of Parliament?
Thank you
NWR
