Hi all could do with some advise please
I took out a loan from a credit union in 2017 always etc however my mom died same year and I lost some of the paper work asking me to pay
moving forward the credit union is in liquidation hence the problems .
I have had 5 vists from them the last lot never bothered to leave paper work I let them in trust me there is nothing to take what so ever.
today I recived another letter from the court no date on it saying they will be back in seven days .
I can't pay I have no spare money at all I'm trying to deal with the few debts I have but I'm struggling to deal with these people .
I really don't know what to do next I gone past caring
first is there anything I can do to maybe go in front of a judge and have the court set an amount I could pay in two months once I have paid this one debt off?
I have spoken to various debt advise people some are ok others not so good
    any advise please
