you accidently break the rule of a conveyance, it is brought to your attention and you don't do it again.
separate issue but connected, you take legal advice, act on the legal advice, it turns out legal advice was wrong.
Have you got clean or dirty hands?
Someone else breaks the rule of the conveyance before and after "telling you" you broke it.
They have been told not to break it, they say they wont break it and then go on to break the same rule again and again which is the same rule you broke accidently. They are not breaking the rule accidently but on purpose
you go to court for an injunction, will the wrong legal advice and accidental breaking of the rule be enough for the court to reject your claim for an injunction?
