Good afternoon Beagles,
If someone was arrested, questioned and bailed a few months ago, re-bailed after the initial 28 days for the maximum three months which expires within a fortnight but has not had any further contact from the police then what is the likelihood of a charge taking place?
My thoughts would be that police would have charged the accused by now if there was enough evidence to do so.
It was for a sexual assault, i.e 'flashing genitals'. (I'm unsure of the correct term of the offence)
Thanks!
