You can report Tax evasion directly and anonymously to HMRC (https://www.gov.uk/government/organi...ng-tax-evasion)
Although there is a section for you to give your details, you can miss it out.

As the other possible offences were possibly committed abroad I doubt any UK force would investigate with much if any vigour
although you could report it to Action Fraud
    (https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/re...report-a-fraud)

If an investigation is carried out, and if a subsequent prosecution is successful the penalties range from low level community orders and fines to up to the equivalent of 150 per cent of weekly income. In the most serious of fraud cases, culprits are likely to face lengthy prison sentences.

Different types of fraud carry different sentences.

Thanks again for your comment, finally what ever the court decides it would be considered as a conviction or criminal record? or just the fine and community orders only without criminal record conviction?
I really appreciate your time and advice.

      thanks

If found guilty in a court, regardless of sentence, there will be a criminal record.
