I went to the Ombudsman after having issues with my credit card provider, Capital One.
In their review, the Ombudsman has ignored several factors:-
I was £10,500 in debt when Capital One gave me 2 credit cards
They ignored the fact that Capital One has refused point blank to issue a default notice after missing more then 3 contractural payments
Cap One keep reporting "late repayment" on my credit file which is more damaging then a default
The FOS have not helped me at all
Please help
