consequences of my barrister talking about my case

I hired a really bad barrister and she has admitted to talking to my friends/ my neighbours about my civil case! I was left fuming.

I hired her to sue my builder, but I believe that this has now been prejudiced as my builder is local and would probably have been informed about what the barrister said.

What can I do? Can I sue the barrister? What for and what am I likely to get?
