FHDRA Hearing - Claim

Hi all.

I have a question.

I knew, informally, that I will have a FHDRA (first hearing dispute resolution appointment) on the middle of April (12) vs my ex partner.
I have knew this information talking with my ex partner, but I never received any service of claim or response pack or application form.
Is it regular?

What Can I do? Can I go in the Court for the hearing?

I think that she (or The Court) had to sent me a claim or a response pack.

What is the procedure?
