  • Advice about access to my baby boy

    Hi,

I hope that someone can advise about what I should do and how to do it.

So a little insight to my predicament, I was with my now ex girlfriend for a little over 2 years until last night.

It was my birthday and we went out for a few drinks and came home and an argument ensued. Which basically stemmed from the fact that she had used my birthday as an excuse to get drunk and leave me sitting on my own.

Fast forward to now and she has blocked me on WhatsApp by phone and SMS so I have no way of making contact with her about seeing my child.

She allegedly called the police and told them I was aggressive and wouldnt leave when in fact the opposite was true. It would appear from what I have been told by mutual friends that I am being blamed for the whole argument and that she has been going around telling anyone that will listen that I was unreasonable and that I was drunk when in fact I had 2 pints compared to her 4 pints and 4 bottles of cider.

What course of action do I take now with regard to seeing my child?
