Hi,
My ex partner has a residency order and I have a contact order in place when we couldn’t come to an agreement over our child’s residency arrangements. It’s been in place for multiple years now without any issue whatsoever, and we both make allowances for each other’s lives when it comes to swapping days, giving time etc.
However, my ex is going abroad and is saying that she can choose who our child stays with when she is abroad. (Ie, not me). Is this true or as a responsible parent with rights, should I be right in expecting that our child stays with me during that time?
