Hi all,
Am trying to work out what rights the CMS have.
If you have an agreement, a contract of some sorts written up by a solicitor, witnessed by them and signed by both parties stating you’ll allow a name change but said mother cannot claim child maintenance from father as a result. Would this be ample enough if said mother then raised a CM claim to send in order to refuse?.
Thank you in advance, the case is very complicated with many extenuating circumstances for the father for his reasoning here
