Separation advice (not Married)

Recently separated from my partner of 25 years the mortgage/house was in her name solely, i contributed every week by drawing money from my account and giving it her to use to pay what bills needed paying... i paid for home improvements, money to buy her a car... I'm not asking for half but I've contributed for 25 years so am i entitled to anything?
