Question on behalf on of my Daughter who is recently separated (2 months).
They've agreed he should see their 2 children (7 and 10) one day at the weekend (alternating sat and sun) and after he's home from work on Tuesday and Thursday with his parents collecting from school. That would be ok, however he is now saying he wants to see one child on Tuesday and the other on Thursday - so as he can 'bond' with them.
My daughter doesn't want that as she feels she will be being used as a babysitter for the other child and has suggested if he want's time individually with a child then he should get his parents to babysit the other child. But he's not happy with this as they don't get on too well with his parents.
Can she legally say that he must take both children?
