Which form do I need? Divorce and civil partnership dissolution forms

My divorce (on my application) has become a decree Nisi and the other side are pushing me to allow it to become absolute and agree to a clean break financial order, which I disagree with. In my application I was seeking costs, but we never exchanged form E's and now time is running out!

What can I send to the court to halt the decree Absolut?
