Not paying bills
Myself and husband are divorcing and the mortgage is in my name.. he was the bread winner and told me he paid the mortgage, which it seems he hasn't done.
I've been in contact with them as it's in my name, putting off repossession for now.
I'm trying to pay back the arrears which is a struggle but he's not willing to talk about it and is not paying anything. Just making the house like a squat with his alcohol bottles.
has anyone any suggestions what I can do. ???
