Scottish Law divorce: pension split

Trying to sort out a pension split from avoidant soon to be ex who holds the large pot. Mainly self representing due to no funds. Ex initiated the divorce but is not providing pension values, even after 4 years since initial writ was sent. Feel like I am banging my head against a brick wall. I’m in England, she has moved to Scotland.

Any advice most gratefully received.
