Friend in 2007 married Iranian woman in Syria, they both came and lived in UK and she left him in 2009. She has now started Divorce proceedings here in the UK and is asking for costs to be awarded and a financial order.
Friend has dual British and Iranian citizenship and is in the process of moving to live in Iran but will still own a property here that will be rented out until sold,
He's unsure what to do with the Court form as he won't be here soon but may well be coming back to stay for a month or two now and again.
What's his options.
