Need help with potential custody battle

Hi I am really sorry to do this as I know these forums are run for public information but I really can't go into details in public due to the nature of it and also the varying factors as it would be very easy for people to recognize.

I am in a difficult situation that I would appreciate someone with family legal knowledge to look at if they have the time available, it would be greatly appreciated if anyone is willing that I could get advise via pm where I will go into great detail.
