Please help me locate a non paying ex for maintanence

Hi and thank you for reading my post. Hopefully somebody can help me? I am a single mother who is trying to find my ex for maintanence not that I got much I only ever recieved £5 a week yes a fiver which is ludicrous and now my ex has gone AWOL and even that has stopped! I've been in touch with CSA and they said they can't donothing as they are NOT an investigation authority and don't know the mans whereabouts.. Please help me as I know he is working 24/7 but cash in hand. I've notified inland revenue but as I amnot related to my ex I don't get told nothing!! Please point me to someone who can get results. Thank you

Not related! What a load of rubbish. If you do find out where he is will you report him to the CSA (NOT AN INVESTIGATION AUTHORITY MY **** !) The trouble is if he is getting paid in cash you have no way of proving how much he can pay you. All you might be able to do is report whoever he is working for which could result in him earning nothing and therefore… neither do you or your child. .
How do you know he is working? Do you have an idea where?
I do not know what you can do if you do find him but I am sure someone here will soon give you sound advice!

Hi thanks for the web link however I've already spoken to CSA and they told me that they can't do nothing!! They said 'we are not an investigative authority' so basically I'm stuck :tinysmile_cry_t:

have you tried Google put in name in search bar
to see if he is on any social media sites
you would be surprised what pops up :typing:

Good idea. There is also the white pages/ phone directory and this site http://www.whitepages.co.uk/electora...er-voters.html
Although people try and disappear if they want to get so much as a library ticket never mind any sort of benefit they need proof of address and for that they often need to be on the electoral roll. Give it a shot. I think we would all like to find him now!

reply: firstly I must apologies as I have NO clue as to how this site works for cannot email sometimes? Anyway just to let you know my ex has his back covered as he is NOT on electoral voting roll and he doesn't tax N.I nothing as if he did then I or his child or even CSA can prove what he is earning? The only reason this man ever came to UK was NOT to read books from library as he is illiterate but to make money cash in hand which he sends to PAKISTAN as in Pakistan he is living like a saint but here in the uk he is pennyless? Sorry I could write a book on this but nothing is getting done and happily he is getting away with it:tinysmile_cry_t:

Hi thanks for the reply, I have to say I know this crooked man is only here to work for cash in the UK. As for forget me I've got nothing to do with him my child he has never and never will be given any maintanence. As he works if any FLEXI time and now he even stopped that so boy gets nothing and CSA have checked with inland Rev he is NOT claiming? So how is he living? Gets paid cash in hand. He only paid a fiver in the good old days which is the bare minimum to his child and never has changed to this date in 6 years instead he has stopped the fiver as well. How SAD is that but hey he knows he can get away with it so why bother?

Hi I do feel for you. It might be worth going to the. Citizens Advice Bureau their advice is free and what they don't know I am sure they can find out for you. I am sorry I couldn't be of more help. Hi and thanks again for your help and advice but I have to say the least on this mans mind would be to vote as he is only here in the uk to make cash and send back to his own country! This has to stop as the last they are interested in is the British welfare and economy trust me I know as this mans been in the uk for nearly 15 years and to date has NO interest in ENGLISH as he cannot speak it or read it! No interest whatsoever people like him don't do the public any favours instead are costing tax payers a fortune with their idiotic way of life!!! Please help me
