Need help to file a complaint about a judge

Hello,

I am writing a one page complaint form, about a district judge in a children's residence case, which I will send to the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office. Is there someobdy with legal knowledge and experience who can help me by checking the form before I submit it?

Or does anybody know somebody who can help? I cannot afford solicitor's fees for this.

You can post the form here as long as personal ID's are removed I'm sure it will be checked for you.

Thank you but the text of the form could be found with a text search in Google plus 'the other side' might be aware of my belonging to this forum plus I need to know who is giving me advice.

I do not think it is approprite to post legal documents to the public.

I don't know the details of the case and I have to add that I doubt many of us apart from someone in site team would have full knowledge. The bit in bold is the bit you clearly must have missed from the post cos otherwise you might not have have misread most of the rest of my post . The thread hopefully might enlighten other people because it cannot enlighten those who are already enlightened

Oh sorry I did not realise I came here to say that I was already enlightened and I did not need any feed-back. And I did not realise my own thread was for the benefit of other people but not mine.

theenquirer, I gave no feedback to you because you gave no details. As Righty has said, on an internet based forum all threads are open which means that searching for a term will bring people here. You've asked for legal help in ensuring the form is filled in correctly.

The only advice I can give to you and to you alone is to ask whether you have legal cover on your insurance for either car or house? Their legal advice line might be useful to be able to give you advice if there is a specific legal issue at hand.

If you had been more specific we might have been able to help on here but as you believe that people might find the thread and know in advance what you are doing then it is impossible to advise you, I'm afraid.
