Re: Family Proceedings Procedural Question
For a case involving one of my daughters, we was told by the court to mark the paperwork, private and confidential for the judge only, Seal it in a separate envelope marked private personal information not for disclusure without permission...
We are still dealing with part of it so i might ring and ask tomorrow. See if there is any difference or if the paperwork needs identifying further. Our case involves medical records and records ordered to be locked in 1996, and our case is against the court, in relation to them loosing the locked records...
Remembering back, we were able to show some records to cafcas ( court welfare at the time ). and they became a significant part of the orders, but were never produced at court. Like i say, am dealing witht he court over some of these ast the moment, so i will sak if the paperwok i dropped in needed any further markers on.crazy council ( as in local council,NELC ) as a member of the public, i don't get mad, i get even

Re: Family Proceedings Procedural Question
Ahh thank you CC, appreciate the help, have not dealt with a family law case before.
Do you know if you asked the courts permission before filing? The documents are disclosed in the Witness Statements (which have to go to the other party) but we want to withold inspection of those except for the Judge. Or we could heavily redact the documents for 'inspection' of the other party ?#staysafestayhome
