  • Government in Immigration appeal to court of Appeal

While investigating why someone had been refused immigration I came across the fact that the government were appealing an earlier decision of the courts that the £18,600 income requirements was against Article 8.

The appeal was heard on the 4-5th March but I can't find the result. Anybody know?

The reason I'm asking is that the hold on the application appears to have been lifted and the application refused on income grounds.

Judgement may not yet have been handed down.

It is sometimes given several weeks after the hearing, especially if complex points are involved.
