    Hello everyone,

    ive be edited this due to advice given

    questions:
    1, do I need a certain form for undertaking broken (family court)
    2, what can I do to challenge police not taking action on restraining order being broken?
    3, can I appeal against a penal notice attached to a court order?

    Rather than air your grievances on a public forum (as your ex, if he becomes aware of it, will only use it against you AND it won't please the court either) I suggest you speak asap to a solicitor & as violence is/was involved legal aid should be available

    PS the cops (as usual) are talking crap. An Order of the Court is an Order of the Court and to breach it for whatever reason is a Contempt of the Court which can lead to 2 years imprisonment

      i do qualify for legal aid, however due to working I have to pay a contribution, to which I can't afford

      ive edited my post from your advice, guess I just got excited by seeing a site like this offering advice

        If you have expenses/costs which mean your income falls below a certain level you should still be able to seek full aid & as violence is a factor your solicitor should make this clear to the LA
