I will for now finish this thread, dad is home tomorrow. I have been in the family home and thrown out what I can only say is my mum and dads life. What a task, but it's done, his home is as safe as it can be all passed by OT and assessors. I am waiting on a couple of things to make it a little better ie a bed prop and a bed raiser to prop him up in bed and help him get out of bed. I can not in any way describe what this has done to me apart from it has made me even more determined to fight for folks in this situation which may be a good thing or not I am not sure yet.
I certainly can not help but feel for the folks who have no one to speak for them and that can happen to any of us for what ever reason.
