what do i do? i have 4 children 2 live with me and the other 2 with their dad. meaning 2 l,a. one in plymouth for two children the other bodmin for the other 2 children. the 2 that live with me are under a section 47 investergation with bodmin. the other 2 with plymouth and the court dealing with our family is plymouth. had court today because i didnt return 2 children to dad because of concreans the oldest two had children had given me. so judge ordered plymouth to report in a week. that was today. when i tried to give judge reasons for my contempt the judge said if the children that resided with me were under investergations the plymouth l,a would know which helen agreeded (helen plymouth social worker) she also reported that i will do anything to gain custordy of all 4 children once again. at whatever cost. so denied any knowledge of bodmin l,a section 47.
when i left court with order that im not allowed contact with my children for over 2 months bodmin social servces called stating the oldest 2 children cannot go to step dads while section 47 is under investergation. she also stated that helen had been informed of this. she then called plymouth l,a and later called me back saying helen refused to comment on oldest 2 children as they were out of her district. but gave bodmin dad number. she phoned dad and stated it wouldnt be a good idea for contact until theyve finished investergating. he agreed. but the problem i have is when this was agreeded before on the advice of plymouth l,a and 1 child didnt go for contact cafcass used it agaisnt me for not making one child advliable. and as the judge has stopped my contact with the youngest two for breaking order and their is still an order in place for contact i have to comply. plus if they dont go then they wont see their sibblings for over two months but if i do send them they could get hurt.:tinysmile_cry_t:
