How can I be put under a non molestation order when I am the party being verbally threatened? I don't understand the legality of the system but I seem to have become the target for some nasty allegation's towards a child( step daughter 15yrs of age) via the grandparent's. HELP.

Is this in the UK or the US as this is mostly a UK based forum?

There are non molestation orders in the UK. Why do you think it might be the US?

You have kinda answered the question(and mine) in the first sentence for me so I guess others better give some advice to the guy based on the UK legal system

I can't answer that question but was this non-molestation order granted ex-parte (i.e. without you being present with legal representation if necessary). Has this already happened or is the grandparent using it as a threat?
