How can I be put under a non molestation order when I am the party being verbally threatened? I don't understand the legality of the system but I seem to have become the target for some nasty allegation's towards a child( step daughter 15yrs of age) via the grandparent's. HELP.

I can't answer that question but was this non-molestation order granted ex-parte (i.e. without you being present with legal representation if necessary).
