Hi all
Can anyone advise what application i need to add to a Normal application to a for hearing to ensure its read by a justice immediately.
I will go into further detail later
But someone wants to put in a request for order to the local family court, and requires it looked at immediately
The order does not affect any other party in the previous matter in any way, is from the affected child, becuase stuff was covered up by court staff
|The order is just requesting a judge confirm the exsitance of some court orders from 2009, that dissapeard from the court system in 2009, when some action was taken against the parents. )
Theres stuff i can say publicly, but its directly relation to the storms that broke on x this weekend. About how serious failures are covered up by the systems.
So.
so, what application to ensure a application to the family court is looked at immediately and whats the process, no one else needs to be notified as it only involved the child and the court. ( the social worker and local police was part of the failures, but they only need confirmation off the court , of the orders.
Secondly, what if we want to do it at a court away from the local court, ( that made the mistake in the first place. )

I have been busy in my spare time doing,,, errm,, track and tracing to help certain online parents groups that ...errmm... need help identifying and finding addresses of some other bad people .lol..
