  • Decree Absolut

    Hello,

    I hope you can help.

Trying to get a copy my decree absolut from
    11 years ago.

I have put in the request to the court and had a response the following week to say they would contact within a week for payment and to send them a telephone number.

The call never came and despite multiple follow up emails there’s no response. I noted the reply came from a different email so I have followed up using both addresses to be on the safe side.

    This is months now.

I have put in a complaint via the online central portal which says aim to respond within 10 days. That’s been and gone.

I’ve sent a letter to the court manager (formal complaint). I’ve been to the court but you’re not allowed to speak to anyone there either.

Is there anything else I can do? Can I get legal representation that can push something through.

I have all the decree details including case number, date etc so it’s not that hard to locate. I just need someone to speak to and help.

I’m running out of time and asking the ex is not an option. I’ve already tried.
