  • Special measures

    Hi all

Years back I applied for a CAO my Ex raised false allegations on DV. These were rejected and my full request approved. No fact find or anything.

Fast forward 3 years I've applied to vary CAO because of control issues - albeit slightly.

recieved a special measures order today alleging DV.

I've not spoke or directly communicated with Ex, using 3rd parties for 4 years.

I feel this is trying to leverage the court for pity or legal aid - either way it remains without base (she knocks on the door for the children)!

so it's sullying my name. What's your experiences and I should I be worried? I know it's standard process and it's not nice again.

do I have the right to reply in terms of anything kendal.

    cheers

    buddy
