    Cafcass query

    Friends STBX has applied to have existing CAO varied, Court ordered Cafcass to provide a safeguarding letter/report to be filed & served at least 3 days before an unattended hearing. Cafcass failed to make any contact with friend. Hearing went ahead & court order states permission given to Cafcass to share safeguarding letter with local authority. Does anyone know how safeguarding letter could be generated without interviewing the parties involved. Are both the applicant & the respondent also entitled to a copy?
