Unusual situation

Hi all, I'll explain my situation in more detail if need be but for this post I will try and simplify it.
I have 2 daughters aged 10 and 8 and am in the middle of court proceedings for child access which I iniated.
10 year old lives happily with me doesn't want nothing to do with mum, 8 year old also lived with us until October 2021 but has lived with mum since. Both myself and her sister haven't been able to have any contact with her since then as mum won't allow it.
What are the chances of her being able to come back to live with us and is there anything more I can do to satisfy the courts? Thanks for reading.

The Courts are the ones to rule on this if you and your wife are not able to come to an agreement.

I am sorry to hear of the problem particularly since it is the children who will suffer most as their feelings and emotions are always bottled up as they do not understand fully. I hope you can eventually return as a family one day.
